No. You can contact us directly, with or without a referral from a doctor or school. Many families reach out before they have spoken to anyone else, and you will not be turned away for not having one. If a referral is something your plan requires, we will help you sort that out too.
Absolutely. Plenty of parents contact us simply to understand their options, and our Parent Resources can help you make sense of what you are seeing. There is no obligation to start anything, and getting information early often makes the decision easier later.
Yes. We are in-network with most major insurers and can confirm your benefits and explain any costs before treatment begins. You can also check your own coverage anytime, in just a few minutes, by heading to verify your insurance.
